About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for its Cottonwood Apartments team in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role focuses on serving prospective and existing residents, leasing apartments, preparing leasing documentation, supporting marketing and community outreach, and building relationships with residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pay is $18.00–$21.00 per hour, with eligibility for Monarch's commission structure. Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 6 months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills and ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist the property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach to build brand awareness.
Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
