About The Position

Monarch Investment and Management Group is hiring a full-time, on-site Leasing Consultant for the Cottonwood Apartments community in Bismarck, North Dakota. The role focuses on providing customer service to prospective and current residents, leasing apartments, supporting marketing and community outreach, and maintaining resident relationships. The position is scheduled Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and pays $18.00–$21.00 per hour based on experience. Pre-employment screening includes a criminal background check and drug screening.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Six months of experience in multifamily housing, sales, or customer service.
Good computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospective and existing tenants.
Conduct tours of the property, apartment units, and on-site amenities.
Lease vacant apartments to new residents.
Renew leasing contracts with existing residents.
Create and facilitate leasing documentation and contracts.
Assist the property team with marketing efforts.
Participate in community outreach to build brand awareness.
Foster and maintain relationships with on-site residents.
