Route Sales Representative- Greater Everett Area/ Lynnwood
About The Position
Franz Family Bakery is seeking a Route Sales Representative to maintain bakery products in assigned stores and deliver products to customer locations. The role includes stocking shelves, rotating outdated products to ensure freshness, facing products to present them attractively to consumers, and keeping assigned bakery displays neat and orderly. The representative drives a company vehicle and loads and unloads products, including pushing and pulling racks and trays. Additional duties may be assigned. This is a full-time union position with Teamsters Local 117, serving the Greater Everett Area/Lynnwood.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar merchandising and/or route sales position.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Reliable, safe, and positive proven work history.
- Highly organized and able to work at a fast pace.
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals inside and outside the organization.
- Ability to bend, stoop, squat, kneel, reach, and perform frequent to constant handling activities.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and maneuver large, bulky product racks.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen, and obtain a DOT medical card.
- Clean driving record; must provide a current driving abstract from the department of licensing if called for an interview.
- Available to work weekdays and weekends at varying times between 4 a.m. and 6 p.m.; schedule discussed at interview.
