About The Position

Tuff Shed is seeking an Area Sales & Design Specialist to drive sales growth and provide design consultation to clients in an assigned territory. The specialist works on-site at assigned Home Depot stores, managing relationships with store leaders and associates and using store employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales. The role involves managing a sales pipeline, organizing lead-generating events, sharing product knowledge, and maintaining Tuff Shed displays. Weekend work is required, and the schedule may also include holidays and some evenings.

Requirements

Availability to work standard retail hours, including weekends, holidays, and some evenings.
Proven relationship-building skills.
Current valid driver's license.
Satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report.
Proven computer skills and aptitude to learn new software.
Ability to work independently and build relationships.

Responsibilities

Drive sales growth and provide design consultation services to clients.
Work on-site at assigned Home Depot stores within a specific territory.
Manage relationships with Home Depot store leaders and associates.
Leverage Home Depot employees and customer traffic to generate leads and sales.
Manage a sales pipeline.
Plan, coordinate, and execute lead-generating events and leverage event sales.
Train others and communicate product knowledge.
Partner with Home Depot leaders to provide updates on sales performance, merchandising, and displays.
Ensure Tuff Shed displays are presentable, clean, maintained, and have updated signage.
