About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandiser in the Arlington/Mansfield, Texas market. The role involves traveling to and servicing stores in Arlington, Corsicana, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Irving, and Dallas. The work helps keep shelves stocked, products organized, and displays ready for customers at home improvement stores. The position is approximately 10–15 hours per week, with a starting pay of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. This is a fast-paced, physically active role requiring independent store visits and use of a smartphone and mobile apps for reporting. Previous merchandising experience is a plus but is not required.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license, reliable personal vehicle for travel, and proof of active auto insurance.
• Personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
• Dependable and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and complete store visits on schedule.
• Comfort using technology and mobile apps to complete daily work tasks and reporting.
• Detail-oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to perform physical tasks that may involve prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending and climbing ladders or rolling stairs; and lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planograms, product resets, and seasonal sets according to client standards.
• Install price labels, promotional materials, fixtures, and product displays.
• Down-stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and keep displays organized and ready for customers.
• Complete in-store survey audits to report completed work and project findings.
• Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
• Communicate regularly with store teams and SRS management to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
• Identify and promptly report inventory issues, project concerns, or other challenges to SRS management.
• Travel to and service stores in Arlington, Corsicana, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Irving, and Dallas, Texas.
