About The Position

The Field Service Representative is a field-based role supporting Arpco’s equipment and production and pipeline systems. The representative develops a basic understanding of the equipment and how it works, and conducts basic maintenance and inspections on emergency shut down systems and valves. The role involves maintaining job-related paperwork, including Job Safety Analysis documents, service tickets, and expenditure records.

This position requires frequent travel to oilfield sites and may involve long hours, overtime, weekends, and holidays. Work takes place outdoors and in industrial settings, with possible exposure to safety hazards and work in remote or confined spaces. The representative must follow strict safety protocols and be able to perform physically demanding work in various weather conditions.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of oilfield, construction, and/or manufacturing experience.
• Clean background, drug/alcohol testing, and driving record.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy equipment, climbing, and working in challenging environments.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions and potentially hazardous environments.
• Ability to work long hours and travel frequently to different field locations.

Nice To Haves

• Valve/PRV/ESD experience.
• Leadership skills.
• CPR certification.
• PEC/Safeland/H2S training.

Responsibilities

• Develop a basic understanding of Arpco’s equipment and how it works.
• Develop a basic understanding of production and pipeline equipment and systems.
• Conduct basic maintenance and inspections on emergency shut down systems and valves.
• Be accountable for paperwork, including Job Safety Analysis documents, service tickets, and expenditures.
• Be available to work overtime when necessary, including weekends and holidays.
• Travel frequently to different field locations.
