About The Position

The Field Service Representative safely delivers food items and supplies to customer homes and sites in a timely and accurate manner. The role maintains vehicle cleanliness and upkeep, follows food safety and temperature-handling requirements, performs inspections and routine vehicle checks, and completes required delivery and service records. The position also assists with packing or storing food items, components, and supplies as needed. Regular attendance is required to support scheduled customer deliveries. Work takes place outdoors and inside a vehicle, with regular exposure to varying weather conditions. The position follows a standard weekly schedule, though weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Requirements

Valid driver's license.
No DUI in the last five years and 0–4 current points on driving record.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Experience with general office equipment and computers.
Experience with GPS and tablet technologies.
ServSafe Food Handler Certification.

Nice To Haves

At least three years of prior route delivery or distribution experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely deliver food items and supplies to customer homes and sites in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain vehicle upkeep and cleanliness.
Follow food safety and handling procedures, including temperature requirements.
Promptly report deficiencies or problems to a supervisor.
Maintain a driver scorecard and other required records.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain service records.
Check vehicle fluid levels and conduct routine inspections to ensure the vehicle is in working order.
Assist with packing and/or storing food items, components, and supplies as required.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with the employer's attendance policy to support scheduled customer deliveries.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
