About The Position

Signature Retail Services is hiring a part-time Route Merchandiser to service stores in the Arlington/Mansfield, Texas market, including Arlington, Corsicana, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Irving, and Dallas. The role involves visiting stores to keep shelves stocked, products organized, and displays in good condition at leading home improvement retailers. The position is approximately 10–15 hours per week, with a starting pay rate of $17.00–$19.00 per hour. The work is fast-paced and physically active. Tasks may include prolonged standing and walking; frequent bending and climbing ladders or rolling stairs; and lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. The role requires independent travel between stores using a reliable personal vehicle and daily reporting through a smartphone and mobile apps.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
Have a valid driver's license, a reliable personal vehicle for travel, and proof of active auto insurance.
Have a personal smartphone with call, text, email, and internet access for daily reporting.
Be dependable and self-motivated, and be comfortable working independently to complete store visits on schedule.
Be comfortable using technology and mobile apps to complete daily work tasks and reporting.
Be detail-oriented and have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Be able to perform the physical tasks described, including lifting, pushing, pulling, or moving up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

Previous merchandising experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Carry out planograms, product resets, and seasonal sets according to client standards.
Install price labels, promotional materials, fixtures, and product displays.
Down-stock merchandise, replenish shelves, and keep displays organized and ready for customers.
Complete in-store survey audits to report completed work and project findings.
Serve as a product expert for store associates and customers.
Communicate regularly with store teams and SRS management to complete projects accurately and on schedule.
Identify and promptly report inventory issues, project concerns, or other challenges to SRS management.
Travel to and service stores in Arlington, Corsicana, Fort Worth, Mansfield, Irving, and Dallas.
Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs.
