About The Position

Reporting to the management team, the Room Attendant maintains the cleanliness of the property and assigned public areas and helps ensure guest satisfaction throughout the guest experience. The role requires effective communication with other team members to anticipate and resolve issues. Candidates should be available to work weekends and some holidays. Training will be provided.

Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and some holidays.

Nice To Haves

• High school graduation or equivalent.
• Some work experience in a related field.
• Some hospitality experience.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest accommodations and assigned common areas, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, sweeping, and mopping.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.
• Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
• Dispose of trash and recyclables.
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Communicate effectively with team members to anticipate and resolve issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
