About The Position

The Room Attendant helps create enjoyable and comfortable guest experiences by keeping guest rooms and bathrooms clean and meeting hotel standards. The role involves cleaning, dusting, polishing, and vacuuming; changing linens and making beds; restocking guest supplies; preparing the linen closet and cart for the next day; and greeting guests encountered during the shift. This is an active, high-energy position that requires working with a diverse team and accommodating varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

At least one month of related experience.
Passion for customer service.
Ability to work seamlessly with others and collaborate within a diverse team.
Ability to work calmly under pressure.
Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Clean, dust, polish, and vacuum guest rooms and bathrooms to meet hotel standards.
Change linens and make beds.
Restock guest room supplies, including soap, shampoo, and coffee.
Organize the linen closet and restock the cart before the end of each shift.
Greet guests encountered during the shift with a friendly smile.
