About The Position
The PM Server assists guests with food and beverage choices, responds to their needs, and helps ensure each dining experience is excellent. The role requires strong menu knowledge, an engaging personality, and a commitment to flawless service. Servers communicate with guests about menu items, specials, and beverages; stay informed about menu changes and kitchen shortages; coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared accurately and promptly; and monitor the dining experience by delivering items, meeting guest needs, offering desserts and drinks, clearing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses. The position involves substantial time on one's feet and may require carrying or lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending or twisting, and climbing stairs. Schedules vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous serving experience; experience in an upscale dining environment is preferred.
- Ability to think on your feet and work calmly under pressure.
- Ability to contribute to a collaborative and diverse team dynamic.
- Passion for customer service.
- Food Handler’s permit.
- Liquor permit.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and to walk, bend or twist, climb stairs, and carry or lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

- Maintain knowledge of current menu choices, specialties, menu deviations, and kitchen food shortages.

- Monitor guests’ dining experience by delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, and refilling glasses.
