About The Position

The Room Attendant cleans guest rooms and responds to guest requests to support guest service and satisfaction. The role also includes cleaning hotel public spaces and amenities, maintaining housekeeping supplies and equipment, reporting repair needs, and following standards of appearance. The position is with Twenty Four Seven Hotels, a hotel management company whose brand partners include Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, and Choice.

Requirements

One year of previous hotel housekeeping experience requested.

Responsibilities

Clean guest suites, including bathrooms; change bed linen daily or according to hotel policy; dust and vacuum; and complete other assigned daily projects.
Maintain housekeeping compliance in the Guest Satisfaction Scores program.
Respond to guests’ special needs and requests.
Promote guest satisfaction through room cleanliness and attention to guest needs.
Remove trash from housekeeping carts.
Stock linen and supplies in linen rooms or housekeeping carts.
Remove soiled linen from carts and transport it to the laundry.
Report needed repairs to maintenance.
Clean restrooms, public spaces, and food service areas.
Sweep and wax floors and dispose of refuse.
Maintain the cleanliness of swimming pool and exercise areas.
Clean hotel windows and mirrors.
Wear the proper uniform and nametag on the right side of the uniform, in accordance with appearance standards.
Perform other assigned duties the associate is capable of performing.
