About The Position

Tadlock Roofing is hiring motivated individuals to sell roofing and home improvement solutions, including roofing and gutter services, to homeowners. The company provides training, support, and scheduled customer appointments. Representatives conduct in-home sales appointments, earn commissions, and work with supporting departments to help take jobs through completion after the point of sale. This is a W-2, full-time position with a first-year earning potential of $125,000 to $250,000+, including uncapped commission. A base training salary plus commission is offered during the first six weeks; the role becomes fully commission-based after the first six weeks or earlier. The position is based in Pensacola, Florida.

Requirements

• Ability to work a five-day week between Monday and Saturday; Saturdays are mandatory.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-discipline and motivation to earn money.
• Proficiency using technology such as a laptop, mobile device, or tablet.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

• Sales experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 10 to 15 pre-scheduled and confirmed in-home appointments per week.
• Drive to pre-set appointments.
• Generate business independently to earn additional commission.
• Complete a two-week training program with the sales training team.
• Attend weekly sales meetings.
• Work with supporting departments to take jobs through completion following the point of sale.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
