Roofing Project Manager
About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to manage residential roofing jobs on-site and serve as the homeowner’s point of contact from start to finish. The role involves monitoring project progress, quality, and safety; confirming materials; maintaining clean job sites; documenting work; and helping with inspections to keep production on track. Base pay is $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on the ticket price of each job managed. Estimated total pay with commission is $20–$26 per hour, or about $48,000–$63,000 annually based on a 47-hour workweek. The average job ticket is about $17,000, and most project managers run three or more jobs per week. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, a 401(k) with company matching up to 4%, and a company truck for work use, picked up daily from the shop. All offers are contingent on successful background and drug screening.
Requirements
- Be professional, dependable, and organized.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Be able to climb ladders and roofs and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of an offer.
