Roofing Project Manager
About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to run residential roofing jobs on-site and serve as the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish. Pay includes a base rate of $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on the ticket price of every job managed. Total pay with commission is approximately $20–$26 per hour, or about $48,000–$63,000 per year at 47 hours per week. The average ticket is about $17,000, and most project managers run three or more jobs per week. The role includes health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with a company match up to 4%, and a company truck for work use, picked up daily from the shop. Offers are contingent on passing a background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- Be professional, dependable, and organized.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Be able to climb ladders and roofs and lift 50+ pounds.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening; all offers are contingent on these checks.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for homeowners.
- Monitor job progress, quality, and safety.
- Confirm materials and keep job sites clean.
- Take progress photos and update project records.
- Assist with inspections and keep production on track.
