Roofing Project Manager
About The Position
Garcia Roofing is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to run residential roofing jobs on-site and serve as the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish. The role involves monitoring project progress, quality, and safety; confirming materials; keeping job sites clean; documenting progress; assisting with inspections; and keeping production on track. Compensation includes a base rate of $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission based on the ticket price of each job managed. Total pay with commission is estimated at $20–$26 per hour, or approximately $48,000–$63,000 annually based on a 47-hour workweek. The average job ticket is about $17,000, and most project managers manage three or more jobs per week. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, a 401(k) with a company match of up to 4%, and a company truck for work use, picked up daily from the shop. Offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.
Requirements
- Be professional, dependable, and organized.
- Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
- Be able to climb ladders and roofs and lift more than 50 pounds.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Successfully pass a background check and drug screening as a condition of an offer.
