About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee multiple large-scale commercial roofing projects simultaneously. The role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to standards of quality and client satisfaction. Projects span sectors including industrial, retail, healthcare, and education. The company emphasizes quality workmanship, safety, and excellence in service.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial roofing or construction management.
• Proven ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing systems, including TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, and metal.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of multiple commercial roofing projects from start to finish.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, field crews, and internal teams to ensure project success.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Monitor job progress, safety compliance, and quality control.
• Oversee material procurement, subcontractor management, and change orders.
• Identify and resolve project challenges proactively.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams to meet performance goals.
