About The Position

The Project Manager will oversee commercial roofing projects in the New Orleans area from award through closeout. The role coordinates field operations, manages project budgets and schedules, maintains client relationships, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The position requires an organized, solutions-oriented construction professional with commercial roofing experience and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• Experience managing commercial roofing construction projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation practices.
• Proven ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and multiple priorities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial roofing projects throughout the New Orleans area.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and production timelines.
• Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Monitor project costs and maximize profitability.
• Review contracts, project specifications, and construction documents.
• Procure materials and coordinate deliveries to meet project schedules.
• Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to customers and company leadership.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, billing, and closeout activities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business.
