About The Position

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to lead and oversee large-scale, complex roofing projects from pre-construction through completion. The role drives project success through leadership, financial oversight, and a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction. The position manages multiple projects, leads project teams, oversees budgets and cost control, coordinates project phases, and maintains relationships with clients and other stakeholders. It also supports estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts and includes mentoring team members.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of commercial roofing or construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and practices.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project and Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial roofing projects and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Lead project teams, including Project Managers, Superintendents, and field personnel.
• Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Review contracts, plans, and specifications for compliance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Lead project meetings and coordinate all phases from preconstruction through closeout.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
• Support estimating, bidding, and preconstruction efforts as needed.
• Mentor and develop team members.
