About The Position

TIMEPROOFUSA is hiring a Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from contract through completion and provide homeowners with a seamless project experience. The role coordinates schedules, crews, materials, client communication, budgets, and quality control while working with sales, operations, and leadership teams. Project Managers conduct site visits before, during, and after installation, maintain project documentation, and update information in Salesforce and internal systems. The position offers paid training and mentorship, a full benefits package, mileage reimbursement, company-provided tools, and opportunities to advance to Senior Project Manager or Regional Operations positions.

Requirements

• Strong organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to lead crews and build trust with homeowners.
• A problem-solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure and find solutions quickly.
• Computer literacy and proficiency with CRMs such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office applications.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle for site visits.
• Ability to submit to a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee projects from start to finish, including timelines, crews, quality control, materials, and client communication.
• Serve as the main point of contact for homeowners and keep them informed throughout their projects.
• Conduct site visits before, during, and after installation to ensure quality and adherence to company standards.
• Manage project budgets, track job progress, and handle change orders as needed.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership teams to support successful handoffs and project delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation and update project information in Salesforce and internal systems.
