About The Position

Garcia Roofing is hiring a Roofing Project Manager to run residential roofing jobs on-site and serve as the homeowner’s day-of contact from start to finish. The role involves monitoring job progress, quality, and safety; confirming materials; maintaining clean sites; taking progress photos; updating project records; assisting with inspections; and keeping production on track. Base pay is $16–$18 per hour, depending on experience, plus commission on the ticket price of every job managed. Total pay with commission is estimated at $20–$26 per hour, or approximately $48,000–$63,000 per year based on a 47-hour workweek. The average job ticket is about $17,000, and most project managers run three or more jobs a week. A company truck is provided for work use and is picked up daily from the shop. Offers are contingent on a successful background check and drug screening.

Requirements

• Be professional, dependable, and organized.
• Be comfortable working outdoors in all weather.
• Be able to climb ladders and roofs and lift more than 50 pounds.
• Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening.
