About The Position

JP Carroll Roofing is hiring a Roofing Installation Manager to lead residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through final completion. The manager oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to company standards. The role is based in Bloomfield, Connecticut, and covers the surrounding territory, with travel to project sites in a company-provided vehicle. The position involves coordinating schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits; serving as the primary customer contact; inspecting job sites; managing project documentation and change orders; and completing project closeouts, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews. The manager handles multiple active projects and works to maintain timelines, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Success is measured by safety performance, workmanship quality, on-time completion, customer satisfaction, and reduced warranty callbacks. This is a full-time, exempt, salaried role with 8–10-hour shifts and weekend work as needed. The listed target salary is $80,000, with compensation described as negotiable based on relevant experience. Performance-based bonus opportunities are available. Requirements

At least five years of construction industry experience, with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
Experience in residential roofing is required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle and maintain insurability under the Company’s Commercial Auto Policy.
Ability to travel throughout New England.
Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
Proficiency in CRM systems such as ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
CDL license designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee residential roofing and exterior installation projects from pre-construction through final completion.

Manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining strong communication and attention to detail.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
