About The Position

A multidisciplinary architectural, engineering, and construction firm is seeking a Roofing Manager to provide inspection and construction monitoring services to national clients. The role involves observing construction activities, verifying compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications, identifying installation defects, and preparing daily reports and records. The Roofing Manager collaborates with project teams, clients, and contractors to help manage construction projects and schedules, and travels to construction sites to deliver client service.

Requirements

At least 5 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience.
2 to 4 years of college-level education.
Expertise in roofing, waterproofing, and building envelope systems.
Current driver's license and reliable transportation.

Nice To Haves

A degree in architecture, civil engineering, or a similar field.
RRO, RRC, PE, or RA license.

Responsibilities

Observe construction activities and verify compliance with contract documents, plans, and specifications.
Identify installation defects and produce daily reports and records of construction activities.
Work as part of a team and contribute to project success.
Work with clients and contractors to manage construction projects and schedules.
Travel to construction sites and work with clients to ensure outstanding service.
