About The Position

The Installation Manager leads the safe planning, coordination, and execution of equipment installation for packaged power generation systems, from site readiness and receipt through mechanical completion and turnover to commissioning. The role is the primary installation interface among Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, HSE, Logistics, contractors, OEM representatives, customers, and commissioning personnel. The position ensures equipment is received, preserved, set, aligned, interconnected, inspected, documented, and released in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, OEM requirements, project procedures, contract requirements, and schedule commitments. Work is performed in office, manufacturing, construction-site, and operating-facility environments. Domestic travel to project sites, suppliers, customer locations, and company facilities is expected, with occasional international travel as required. Extended site assignments and non-standard schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and shift-based coverage, may be required to support critical lifts, installation milestones, recovery work, and turnover. Work requires personal protective equipment and may involve energized equipment, rotating machinery, fuel systems, elevated noise, lifting operations, weather, uneven terrain, and active construction environments. The role requires safely accessing industrial facilities and work areas, including stairs, ladders, platforms, elevated structures, and uneven terrain, in accordance with site-specific requirements. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation, and comply with applicable safety, training, and access requirements.
