About The Position
The Installation Manager leads the installation department, managing daily operations and a team of installers while supporting strong customer experiences. The role includes scheduling and assigning installers, addressing customer concerns, inspecting job sites, approving and submitting weekly installer payroll, and onboarding new installers. The manager also supports customer satisfaction and compliance goals. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-area travel may be expected.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must possess and maintain a current, valid driver's license.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.

- Experience working in flooring installation or construction.
