About The Position

The Roofing Installation Manager leads residential roofing and exterior construction projects from pre-construction through completion. The role oversees job-site safety, installation quality, scheduling coordination, subcontractor performance, and customer satisfaction to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to company standards. The position is a hands-on field leadership role requiring effective communication with customers and crews in a fast-paced environment. The manager coordinates schedules, materials, subcontractors, equipment, and permits; serves as the primary customer contact throughout projects; inspects jobsites; manages change orders and project documentation; and handles project closeout, including final walkthroughs and customer reviews. The role manages multiple active projects across the surrounding New England territory, with Westfield, Massachusetts as the home base. The schedule involves 8–10-hour shifts, with weekend work as needed. Compensation is listed at $80,000, with negotiation based on relevant experience, and performance-based bonus opportunities. A company vehicle or vehicle allowance is offered.

Requirements

At least five years of construction industry experience, with demonstrated expertise in roofing and siding installations.
Residential roofing experience is required.
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a company vehicle while maintaining insurability under the company’s Commercial Auto Policy.
Ability to travel throughout New England.
Ability to read, interpret, and execute project documents, specifications, and installation drawings.
Proficiency with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interaction with customers and internal teams.
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Nice To Haves

CDL license designation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify and resolve project challenges to maintain timelines, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Maintain safe and organized job sites in compliance with company policies and applicable safety regulations.
Manage multiple active projects while maintaining communication and attention to detail.
Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
