About The Position

The Roll Shop Utility rebuilds and repairs mill stand guides and drives continuous improvement to make them last longer, work better, and be more cost-effective. The successful candidate also assists with stand building and roll turning and may be expected to work in a production environment as needed. The role may require working nights, weekends, and holidays. Safety is the most important part of all jobs at Nucor, and the candidate must demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
