About The Position
Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Shop Utility employee to support shop operations. The role includes shipping and receiving, inspecting and labeling equipment, maintaining parts and shop areas, performing minor building repairs and painting, assembling hand trucks, coordinating in-house battery and charger repairs, and assisting with van inventories, parts deliveries, and other departments as needed. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, less than two years of related experience, a valid driver's license and good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks. Basic computer skills are preferred. The position is with Crown Equipment Corporation, a lift truck manufacturer with a global sales and service network.

Responsibilities
- Perform shipping and receiving duties.
- Inspect and label incoming and outgoing equipment.
- Clean and maintain the proper order and appearance of parts and shop areas.
- Perform minor building maintenance repairs and painting.
- Assemble hand trucks and inventory related parts.
- Schedule in-house battery and charger repairs.
- Assist with van inventories and parts deliveries.
- Assist other departments as needed.
