About The Position

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a Shop Utility employee to support shop and parts operations. The role performs shipping and receiving, inspects and labels incoming and outgoing equipment, maintains parts and shop areas, completes minor building maintenance and painting, assembles hand trucks, and supports battery and charger repairs, van inventories, parts deliveries, and other departments as needed. The posting specifies 40 hours per week plus overtime and primarily first-shift work.

Requirements

• Less than 2 years of related experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license, good driving record, and ability to safely operate lift trucks.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and receiving duties.
• Inspect and label incoming and outgoing equipment.
• Clean and maintain the proper order and appearance of parts and shop areas.
• Perform minor building maintenance repairs and painting.
• Assemble hand trucks and inventory related parts.
• Schedule in-house battery and charger repairs.
• Assist with van inventories and parts deliveries.
• Assist other departments as needed.
