About The Position

AAA Northern New England is seeking passionate, independent individuals to join its team as Roadside Service Drivers. Drivers assist stranded members by providing roadside rescue, towing, and light vehicle services. No CDL or prior experience is required; AAA provides paid initial training, much of it in the field alongside experienced technicians, as well as ongoing development opportunities. The role offers opportunities for career advancement into supervisory, management, or specialized roles within the Emergency Roadside Service Department. The posting advertises $50,000 earning potential, with additional opportunities to earn bonuses and incentives, flexible schedules, no on-call hours, and provided uniforms and equipment.

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at the time of hire.
Pass a drug screen and background check.
Be able to obtain and maintain a Federal DOT Card.

Responsibilities

Rescue, mount, and tow disabled vehicles using service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.
Provide light roadside services, including lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.
Complete initial and ongoing training to perform duties safely and effectively and maintain and develop job skills.
