About The Position

AAA Roadside Service Drivers provide emergency roadside assistance and tow disabled vehicles. The role includes extensive paid initial training, much of it conducted in the field alongside experienced technicians, as well as ongoing training and opportunities for career advancement into supervisory, management, or specialized roles within the Emergency Roadside Service Department. The position offers an hourly starting rate of $20.00. After completing the training program, full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually. Experience in towing, transportation, delivery, automotive services, roadside assistance, or other customer-focused work is helpful but not required.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• May be required to maintain a Federal DOT Card.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency road services, including lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes.
• Tow disabled vehicles using a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds.
