About The Position

AAA is hiring a roadside service driver to provide emergency assistance to drivers and tow disabled vehicles. The role includes work with a variety of service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds. No CDL or prior experience is required, and extensive paid training is provided, including field training alongside experienced technicians. Ongoing training and opportunities to advance into supervisory, management, or specialized roles within the Emergency Roadside Service Department are available.

The starting hourly rate is $20.00. After completing the training program, full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually. The role may require maintaining a Federal DOT Card. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record and pass a drug screen and background check.
