About The Position

AAA is seeking a service-driven Roadside Service Driver to assist members with emergency roadside needs. The role provides services such as lockout assistance, battery diagnostics, and tire changes, and tows disabled vehicles using service and towing vehicles, including wreckers and flatbeds. Extensive paid training is provided, much of it in the field alongside experienced technicians, with ongoing development and opportunities to advance into supervisory, management, or specialized roles in the Emergency Roadside Service Department.

The starting hourly rate is $20. After completing the training program, full-time Tow Service Drivers who successfully meet goals earn an average of $47,600 to $58,200 annually. AAA describes this as an opportunity to serve the community and build a lasting career with a trusted organization.

Requirements

• Possess a valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.
• Pass a drug screen and background check.
• May be required to maintain a Federal DOT Card.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in towing, transportation, delivery, automotive services, roadside assistance, or other customer-focused roles is helpful but not required.
