About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty 1:1 homecare in Passaic County. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide one-to-one client care in a home setting. Nurses will work with a variety of common diagnoses and have the support of a non-profit organization with a strong culture. The position emphasizes stability and offers various employment types including Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 months of RN experience.
• Independent tracheostomy and ventilator experience (for STAT RN Critical Care Program).

Nice To Haves

• RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Administer preventive care.
• Utilize independent tracheostomy and ventilator experience for critical care cases (STAT RN Critical Care Program).
