About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) for private duty, one-to-one homecare positions across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland counties in New Jersey. This role involves providing full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) of care to a single client, ranging from infants to geriatrics, with common diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder. RNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools will find their skills directly transferable. BAYADA offers flexible scheduling, with options for full-time, part-time, or per diem (PRN) commitments, including ongoing weekend shifts with a special weekend BAYLOR program for high-acuity patients.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.

Nice To Haves

• RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills.
• Experience with TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder.
• Willingness to work ongoing weekend shifts for the BAYLOR program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Care for adult and pediatric patients with various diagnoses.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Perform preventive care.
• Handle high acuity patients (Trach/Vent) during weekend shifts if applicable.
