About The Position

BAYADA is seeking LPNs to join their team in Ocean County, offering flexibility and a strong company culture. This role involves one-to-one client care in a home setting, providing nurses with a stable career path. BAYADA is a non-profit organization, ensuring stability for its employees. Nurses will work with a variety of diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. Skills transferable from hospital, long-term care, or school settings are valued.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.
• Directly transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school settings.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with clients with trachs and vents.
• Commitment to ongoing overnight shifts.
• Commitment to ongoing weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with clients diagnosed with TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Commit to ongoing overnight or weekend shifts with trach and vent clients for potential bonus pay.
