About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs to join their team in Passaic County for private duty 1:1 homecare. This role offers flexibility and stability, with opportunities for nurses to be the nurse they always wanted to be. Nurses will work with a single client for the entire shift, providing care for various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are well-equipped for this role. BAYADA is a non-profit organization with a focus on employee stability and support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 months of LPN experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tracheostomy and ventilator care (for STAT LPN Critical Care Program).

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work with common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Utilize transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing settings.
