About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs to join their team in Ocean County, serving clients in Lakewood, Toms River, Manahawkin, Bayville, Brick, and surrounding areas. This role offers the opportunity for one-to-one client care in a home setting, providing nurses with flexibility and stability. Nurses will work with a variety of common diagnoses and benefit from flexible scheduling and comprehensive support.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with clients with trachs and vents.
• Experience with pediatric clients.
• Experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Manage common diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
