About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Private Duty 1:1 Homecare in Passaic County, NJ. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide dedicated care to a single client throughout an entire shift (8, 10, or 12 hours). BAYADA is a non-profit organization with a stable culture, emphasizing employee support and development. Nurses will work with clients with various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. Skills transferable from hospital, long-term care, and school settings are valued.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• A current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 months of RN experience.
• Independent tracheostomy and ventilator experience (for STAT RN Critical Care Program).

Nice To Haves

• RNs working in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Administer preventive care.
• Work with clients diagnosed with TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Utilize independent tracheostomy and ventilator experience for infant, pediatric, and adult clients (for STAT RN Critical Care Program).
