About The Position

Our Washington Township Skilled Nursing offices are hiring RNs across Gloucester, Salem, and Cumberland county. Schedule a virtual interview with our team to see if you're a fit for our adult and pediatric home care patients! Now hiring in: Sewell, Woodbury, Mullica Hill, Penns Grove, Vineland, Bridgeton and surrounding areas. Private duty nursing involves working full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) with one client for the entire shift. Client age ranges from infant to geriatric. Common diagnoses our RNs work with include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder. RNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools have directly transferable skills and are well-equipped to handle one client in the home.

Requirements

Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
A current nursing license in good standing in New Jersey.
Transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school nursing experience are beneficial.

Nice To Haves

Experience with high acuity (Trach/Vent) patients for weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
Manage care for adult and pediatric patients with various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer's, ALS, Premature Birth, and Seizure Disorder.
Work full shifts (8's, 10's, or 12's) with a single client per shift.
Perform preventive care.
Adhere to all state/local mandates as a licensed home health care provider.
