About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse for Private Duty 1:1 Homecare in Ocean County, NJ. This role offers flexibility, stability, and a supportive culture. Nurses will provide one-to-one care for a single client during their shift, which can range from 8 to 12 hours. Common diagnoses include TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. Skills transferable from hospital, long-term care, and school settings are valued. BAYADA is a non-profit organization with a long history of providing compassionate care.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with clients with trachs and vents.
• Experience with pediatric clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care during full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours).
• Care for clients with diagnoses such as TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery.
• Utilize transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, and school settings.
