About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking LPNs to provide one-to-one private duty homecare in Passaic County, NJ. This role offers flexibility, stability, and the opportunity to be the nurse you always wanted to be. As a non-profit organization, BAYADA provides a stable work environment with home-grown leadership. Nurses will work with clients with various diagnoses including TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery. LPNs with experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools are encouraged to apply.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program.
• Current New Jersey nursing license in good standing.
• A minimum of 5 months of LPN experience.
• Experience with TBI, SCI, COPD, Stroke, Dementia/Alzheimer’s, Premature Birth, Cancer, and surgery recovery is transferable.
• Experience in hospitals, long-term care, and schools is directly transferable.

Nice To Haves

• Tracheostomy and ventilator experience for the STAT LPN Critical Care Program.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one client care in a home setting.
• Work full shifts (8, 10, or 12 hours) with a single client.
• Utilize transferable skills from hospital, long-term care, or school settings.
