About The Position

BAYADA is hiring a new graduate registered nurse for home health care. The role offers one-on-one patient care and an opportunity to care for people of different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels. New nurses receive support from experienced Clinical Managers and participate in BAYADA’s paid Nurse Residency Program, which is accredited by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The position includes in-depth paid training, simulation lab experience, electronic charting, and around-the-clock clinical support. The Fayetteville team also offers nurse appreciation events and welcomes new nurses with BAYADA swag.

Requirements

• Hold a current, valid nursing license in the United States.
• Have graduated from a qualified nursing program.
• Have CPR certification in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one home health care to clients.
• Care for clients across different ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Use electronic charting through Cubhub.
