About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Resident is responsible and accountable for caring for patients in assigned areas. The RN uses the nursing process to provide care and practices within the scope of the Arkansas Nurse Practice Act and the Health System’s policies, procedures, and standards. The RN demonstrates commitment to teamwork through effective collaboration.
Requirements
- Current, active license to practice as a Registered Nurse in Arkansas.
- Licensed for less than 6 months.
- Proof of the highest level of nursing education achieved.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
- Professional Board Certification.
Responsibilities
