The New Grad RN Residency is a 12-month program for newly graduated nurses, with a comprehensive curriculum and hands-on clinical experience to support the transition from student to registered nurse. Residents learn alongside fellow new nurses and receive support from clinical educators and experienced nurses while developing clinical and critical-thinking skills. The program focuses on delegation, priority setting, holistic patient care, interdisciplinary communication, and professional relationship building. Opportunities may include different shifts, patient populations, and unit cultures. Hiring is available across specialties including Intensive Care Step Down, Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Medical-Surgical, and Surgical Trauma. The program is recruiting Winter 2026 and Spring 2027 graduates. The RN provides direct clinical patient care and is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift and unit-level basis. The RN supervises staff to whom care is delegated and supports the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, appropriate nursing care, clinical staff competency, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
