About The Position

Constellation Hospice is seeking an energetic, dynamic RN Clinical Liaison to join its hospice sales team. The role focuses on expanding business opportunities in hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and physician offices. The liaison will work in Cypress, Willowbrook, and The Heights, Texas, and is expected to travel extensively by road. The position requires an active Texas RN license. Requirements

Active Registered Nurse license for the State of Texas.
At least three years of recent healthcare marketing or sales experience.
Excellent planning, organization, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.
Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer skills and basic knowledge of the iOS operating system.
Highly motivated and results-driven, with the ability to develop and build strong, lasting relationships.
Able to network readily in the community.

Responsibilities

Generate referrals for the hospice program by building relationships with social workers, case managers, wellness directors, physicians, and other key decision-makers.
Conduct market analysis and develop a sales strategy, quarterly goals, and plans.
Conduct sales calls and evaluate the results and effectiveness of sales activity.
Perform other job-related tasks as requested.
