About The Position

AccentCare is hiring a full-time Clinical Liaison RN in Pinellas County. The role provides community and provider education, supports hospice marketing and referral relationships, coordinates with admissions and clinical leaders, and serves as a liaison among providers, patients, families, and hospice physicians. The schedule is Monday through Friday with limited on-call. Pay is based on experience and includes base pay plus mileage.

Requirements

• One year of RN experience in the local market.
• Strong knowledge of governmental home health regulations, Medicare requirements, and care plan development techniques.
• Currently licensed as a registered nurse in the state where the agency operates.
• Licensed driver with an insured automobile that meets state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.

• Previous medical sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide community and provider in-service education in the assigned territory.
• Maintain daily communication with the Admissions Department and Team Directors.
• Work with Hospice Care Consultants to develop and implement an individualized marketing plan.
• Maintain visibility and accountability to increase relationships with contracted inpatient facilities and physician groups.
• Act as a liaison with the AccentCare Hospice Medical Director, Team Physicians, and Hospice Physicians on behalf of providers and patients and families.
• Make inpatient visits at contracted facilities and communicate with the Admissions Department, Team Directors, and/or Primary Nurse.
• Provide consultation on hospice and palliative care.
