About The Position

TriState Health is hiring an RN for Adult Critical Care. The RN promotes and restores patients’ health by completing the nursing process, collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members, providing physical and psychological support to patients and their designated support persons, and supervising assigned team members. Nursing care must comply with the Nurse Practice Act, hospital and Nursing Department policies, and regulatory standards. The position calls for a self-motivated and reliable nurse who can work in a fast-paced environment, continue to grow and learn, contribute to a positive work culture, and provide excellent patient care. TriState describes its workplace culture as one focused on connection, encouragement, mutual respect, understanding, and teamwork. The hospital promotes a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio, with an even lower ratio for critical care patients. The employer provides in-depth department orientation, educational opportunities, and certification courses. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is available to external candidates who are experienced RNs hired into full-time inpatient positions.
