About The Position

Allendale Nursing & Rehab is hiring a part-time Registered Nurse in Allendale, Michigan. The role offers 8-hour shifts, with part-time openings for second and third shifts and every-other-weekend coverage on first and second shifts. A $2,500 sign-on bonus is offered for part-time employees. Compensation is $43.40–$46.65 per hour, based on experience, plus a Michigan direct care incentive and second-shift differential.

Requirements

• Active Michigan RN license.

• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans.
• Administer medications and perform treatments.
• Collaborate with CNAs and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance.
