About The Position
Stonebridge at Montgomery, a Springpoint Senior Living community in Skillman, New Jersey, is seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide quality nursing care and supervise the daily nursing activities of LPNs and CNAs in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The position is part-time.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey RN license.
- CPR certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Two or more years of experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.
Responsibilities
- Perform a nursing assessment for each resident upon admission.
- Develop a written plan of care for each resident upon admission.
- Monitor and evaluate residents’ physical and emotional status for changes.
- Provide medications and treatments to residents.
- Assist with physician rounds and notify physicians of changes or concerns in residents’ conditions.
- Make nursing rounds on the unit and report problems to the Unit Coordinator.
- Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
- Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
- Assist with resident assessments and coordination of residents’ plans of care.
- Supervise daily nursing activities performed by LPNs and CNAs.
